It’s More Than Just a Phone System

As some of you may have heard, Toshiba announced a few months ago that they were ending it’s telecom division. Although this wasn’t at all expected, this gave us an opportunity to evaluate a new phone solution that offered the best features for our clients while being a product that we could feel confident offering.

After a lot of research and learning about quite a few different phone providers, we have decided to partner with Digium and begin offering Digium Switchvox as our primary phone solution. We’re extremely excited to be working with Digium as we feel they are the fastest growing telecom company and had some very exciting features. We also chose Digium because of it’s user-friendly interface and it’s cost-friendly platform.

Features include:

  • Integrated Chat (Instant Messaging)
  • An on-premise or cloud-based option
  • Mobility with the iPhone or Android softphone
  • Switchboard which allows for real-time interaction and click-to-call functions
  • Phones with 4.3 inch color screens as well as an option for a phone with a 7 inch touch screen

More features are listed here

If you are interested in seeing a demo of this phone system, please give us a call at 616.394.4940 or email Info@MacatawaTechnologies.com
