Macatawa Technologies Now Purchasing Apple Devices

We’re excited to share a new service update that’s going to make getting Apple devices for you team simpler, faster, and more seamless than ever. Macatawa Technologies is now purchasing Apple devices on behalf of our clients.

What This Means for You

Rather than sourcing devices on your own, you can now let us handle it from start to finish. The ideal experience looks like this: you need a new device, you reach out to your account manager, and we purchase, configure, and deploy so it is ready to go before it ever reaches your desk.

This is part of our ongoing commitment to making technology as easy as possible for your business.

One Important Update to Know

Beginning January 1, Apple/Mac devices purchased through Macatawa Technologies will include standard installation and deployment services for direct computer replacements under your Professional Managed Services Agreement. Apple/Mac devices purchased outside of the MT procurement process will be subject to a one-time onboarding fee to cover setup, security configuration, and integration into your managed environment.

This change aligns our Apple/Mac deployment process with our existing Windows PC policy.

Contact your account manager to get started or learn more about how the new process works.
